Outsourced HR Leadership Thrive by Five Washington is the state's nonprofit public-private partnership for early learning. Thrive mobilizies the long-term statewide commitment to early learning, so that families and caregivers have the information and support they need to help their children succeed in school and thrive in life. Our consulting team has had the opportunity to work closely with Thrive's board and leadership staff over a number of years. As a small nonprofit, Thrive doesn't have a dedicated HR leader, and leverages the HRSI team for various HR projects. Our team has worked closely with Thrive's board on the supporting the CEO's review process. In partnership with Thrive's leadership team, HRSI has supported
recruiting, organizational development, performance management and
review and values and culture development processes. We are proud
of our ongoing affiliation with this exciting partner.
