As a founder-run business, Pyrmaid has developed a unique culture
and values, but with less than 50 employees, the team is not quite
big enough to have a dedicated HR leader. Our consultant was hired
to focus on leadership development for the agency. We worked with
senior leadership to develop a set of unique competenices that fit
the values and culture. These competencies were carried throughout
their HR practices - - from leadership hiring to performance management
across the agency. Customized training from HRSI helped build confidence
for leaders stepping into new roles to support agency growth.
