Outsourced HR Leader PlayStream, an innovative audio, video and multimedia content delivery service, initially brought HRSI in to lead a downsizing initiative with a focus on risk management, transparent and proactive communication and culture enhancement. In weekly coaching sessions with the Founder and CEO a performance review process was created that aligns with future business objectives and cultural competencies. Over a 12 month period recruiting initiatives, handbook development and benefit communications were led by HRSI. With the basic HR infrastructure in place, HRSI continued to administer
and support PlayStream CEO and employees as the outsourced HR function
in a wide array of projects.
