Molly Luna
Consultant
Molly has 14 years of HR and Recruiting experience working mainly
in high tech and telecommunications companies as a manager, project
manager and high level individual contributor. Because of her experience
and adaptability, Molly has worked in many HR areas including employee
relations and communications, policy and program development, benefits
renewal and management, vendor selection, recruiting and recruiting
systems, performance and compensation. Molly has brought value to
organizations as an HR leader, project manager and plug and play
resource to fill in for critical needs.
Molly was most recently working as HR Director with NetMotion
Wireless, a growing software company. She joined NetMotion as
a recruiting consultant but was quickly hired as their first full-time
HR resource. In this position Molly established the HR function,
developing overarching HR vision and strategy, serving as the company
generalist handling employee relations and communications, defining
policies and programs and creating HR process helping to drive the
business forward.
Prior to NetMotion, Molly provided consulting services to a number
of companies working on projects such as recruiting vendor selection,
employee handbook development, applicant tracking system implementation,
values statement creation, recruiting strategy development and tactical
execution for organizations undergoing large scale growth such as
T-Mobile and Clearwire
Corporation.
At AT&T Wireless,
Molly held a number of Staffing and HR related project and recruiting
positions. In her last role as Staffing Operations Manager, she
oversaw vendor relations, campus recruiting, relocation and recruiting
projects. She was the first Campus Relations Sourcing Specialist
as well as the first in project and vendor consulting roles serving
Staffing and HR. In these positions, she handled vendor management
and contract negotiation, diversity program development, and process
development for recruiting.
As a Recruiter at Microsoft,
Molly was part of inaugural teams and roles for campus recruiting,
helping to establish systems and processes to drive a high level
of recruiting.
