A leader in Track, Trace, and Control technology, this well established wholly-owned subsidiary of Spectris was transitioning their senior leadership. Microscan's interim President contracted with HRSI to assess the HR function, provide an interim HR leader, and manage year-end processes, including benefit renewals and an ISO 9001-2008 audit of the HR function.

During the 7 month engagement, our interim HR executive worked on-site to rebuild the human resources program and processes, and as a member of the senior leadership team, led the search for a permanent HR leader. We completed a full audit of all HR programs and practices, and working in partnership with the senior leadership team, made meaningful improvements to HR processes, tools and systems.

Microscan gained significantly updated system and process improvements, ensuring a continuing focus on compliance which was due to the HRSI team's experience.
