A Seattle, Washington based firm, HRSI was founded in 2000 with the goal of supporting businesses in the development of their organizations, focusing on their most critical resource — their employees.

We all come to HRSI with extensive experience working "in house" in HR functions and have held other managerial roles within a wide variety of companies and industries. We have, on average, over 15 years of experience helping build and develop exciting businesses. Our consultants have worked as part of entrepreneurial, start-up businesses and bring a sense of urgency and cost-efficiency to each of their projects.

While our practice is primarily focused on companies within the technology sector, we are equally knowledgeable in the e-commerce, service, distribution, and retail arenas. We are a start-up ourselves, but our collective experience comes from years of advising a wide variety of organizations. We expect to grow and change along with our clients' needs.
