DJ Allenby, SPHR 
With over 20 years of human resources experience in industries ranging from manufacturing to software and systems integration to wireless communications, DJ provides expertise and leadership to HRSI in the areas of systems and process design, implementation and program management. Drawing on her deep experience in the HR discipline, DJ excels in competency alignment, leadership coaching, organizational design, and performance measurements. DJ's most recent role was as Director of People Development Services for Clearwire Corporation. She joined Clearwire in a consultative role in 2004 to assist in implementing the Oracle HRMS ERP, and quickly joined as a full-time partner to lead the People Development Services team. In 2007, her role was expanded to include the PD Business Partner role for Clearwire's corporate office. DJ has provided interim senior HR leadership to T-Mobile, Corbis, and Network Commerce primarily focusing on transition planning and management, employee relations, compensation and benefit design, and performance management planning. An expert in HR Management Systems as well as workforce metrics, functional processes and measurement tools, DJ provided systems management and information reporting for PeopleSoft HRMS at AT&T Wireless Services before directing the PeopleSoft HRMS implementation for drugstore.com.
