While many consulting organizations are designed around on-going outsourced relationships and dependencies between these organizations and their clients, our business design is different. We work closely with both growing companies during their early stages of development, and with established businesses to address a specific HR opportunity. Our goal is to develop sustainable systems and programs whose focus is ensuring our clients maintain competitive HR programs for recruiting, development and retention of their human resources.

We are committed to establishing successful training and handoffs to our clients so that they can maintain and enhance the business solutions we design in coordination with them. We are prepared to continue to provide advice and counsel to refine and enhance the programs we have designed in coordination with our clients, but our focus is to help them become self-sustaining in day to day operations of the HR programs.

We are a small team of experienced "in house" HR professionals who have helped design, build, grow and sustain successful businesses. Our clients tell us that we are much more attuned to their business needs than the "typical" consulting businesses. We offer the advantage of having "been there and done that" inside various businesses and bring that internal perspective to our client companies.
