Carmen D'Arcangelo  Carmen joined HRSI in 2001 and has spent the last 8 years designing and delivering Human Resource policy and procedure for organizations in hypergrowth. She brings expertise in recruiting process management, benefit assessment and negotiation, employee relations, organizational development, retention initiatives, compensation/equity administration and culture enhancement. Carmen has worked in the healthcare, not-for-profit and Internet start-up sectors. As the Director of Human Resources at greatergood.com she conceptualized and implemented a complete Human Resource module while increasing headcount at a rate of 2.5/week. She also worked as Director of Human Resources and Executive Director for Residence East, the premiere multi-site service organization in East King County.
